Cynergy Announces Creation of Microsoft Silverlight RIA Practice

April 30th, 2007, Las Vegas, NV – Cynergy, the leader in Rich Internet Applications design and development, announced today they have formed a Microsoft Silverlight practice focused on the design and development of Rich Internet Applications (RIA) built using the Microsoft Silverlight and .NET platform. The new practice augments Cynergy's existing market leading, award winning, Adobe Flex and AJAX development practices.

Silverlight is Microsoft's entry into the RIA solution space focused on delivering rich, engaging, interactive experiences deployed through a cross-platform, cross-browser player with support for animations, vector graphics, audio, video streaming and powerful data binding. Built on the Windows Presentation Foundation technology XAML (eXtensible Application Markup Language) Silverlight enables applications that run within multiple browsers and operating systems (Windows and Macintosh) and built on web standards for programmability such as JavaScript, CSS and XML and the .NET Common Language Runtime.
